My past is  my  graveyard.

My present is a  present  and  I  will  enjoy   and live a  full  day.

Tomorrow  I  will decide      if  I am in a mood    to put  flowers on  my  grave  and   repent  or   dig  my  grave .

Can  I  dig  it?

Adam and Eve  were in state of oneness with universe in heaven ,like a baby 👶🏻 is state of oneness with the universe and love  ❤️ to stay in that state.

Adam and Eve were afraid 😱 to ask GOD why they should no eat the apple 🍎.  Fear is human’s weakness.

Devil 😈 tricked them and lied  🤥 to them and that was the beginning  of human saga.

Baby  👶🏻 States is temporary and have to work and learn to know GOD  to stay in that state.

My goal  🥅 is to acquire  state of oneness with universe🌍  and have open channel of communication with GOD and obey GOD’s commandments and live and serve GOD’s creation and acquire  state of oneness with universe and live eternal life💫💥

• Great success story 👍. A lady came to me  and shared  her bad marrige story . I married a prince 🤴 now 10 years later he is a beast🧟‍♂️

• I hate my life.
• So started as  Prince 🤴 and beauty 👩‍⚖️  Turned  beast 🧟‍♂️ And  bitch 🧟‍♀️story. I said
• yes I do not know what to do?
• proper use of lips 👄 turn beast 🧟‍♂️into a Prince 🤴  I added
• So  it is my fault  that my kiss 😘 turned Prince 🤴 into beast 🧟‍♂️ She replied.
• No we want to know the root cause so we can fix the route cause, it may be a painful 😣 process  but  will bring joy  I  said.
• i am ready she said.
• You must love ❤️ yourself more than anyone or anything  Most difficult task  but  must be  accomplished  Step # 1  are you ready ?   I asked.

• I pledge to eat healthy, regular exercise and eight  hours good sleep 😴

Each human 👨🏼‍✈️👼😊😀🚶🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🙃👨🏻‍🔬🧟‍♂️has a choice the kind of life he or she want to live. Human brain 🧠 has 2 part.

First part is called lambic system. It tell us what to act and react kind of learned behavior. Humans do the things they know is not good for them. Like living unhealthy eating unhealthy 🍔🍟🥩🍕getting  angry 😡  Harder hard feeling 😩 not excercising 🕺🏽🏃🏼‍♀️ Losing quality of time and die before time.

There is a higher center called frontal life which is wiser than we are keep reminding us to do the right things and we have a choice to follow wiser  advise or keep making bad choices. This is our conscious mind . There is unconscious mind, save us from  accidents  troubles  most of humans  just call is good luck 🍀 but this part Spirtual  part is the highest level if I become aware of this unconscious mind  and become unconscious mind driven life my life will be perfect  and live heavenly  eternal life 😇

Being in medical field , my patients had shared their life stories, amazing human stories and my conclusion is women are not the better half , they are the best half. Females sacrifices are so many,

i can write a book 📖  about women’s sacrifices about human race.

Human race can not survive without women but men can not live quality life without women’s contribution

Tongue 👅 is most powerful organ,  guarded by one set of  lips 👄 must be sealed.

Guards must be very powerful 👮‍♂️👮🏿‍♀️ to keep the most powerful organ under control.

tongue 👅 must be tamed because it can be weapon 💣of mass destruction or  heel the sick minds  seal the broken hearts💔 and can bring peace ✌

Each human has  two parts conscious what we sense from senses make us human 😀🙂🤓😎😡🙁😫what we are and unconscious mind  we must acquire the sixth sense that make us the Spirtual being we are🙏🏼😇👼

living at a higher level we must be aware of subconscious and unconscious mind instead of making a graveyard of our sins and crimes and unconscious remind us in form of psyche issues  time to clean up.
