I asked one of my patient How are you?

perfect 😇she replied

I was surprised to hear that knowing her medical history.

she explained  I pray 🙏🏼in secret , I also pray 👍to Lord please reward me in secret, and I 😇help others in secret.

I have peace ☮️,  true my health is not good😷  it make me humble, I feel pain of others ,my bad 🤕health is a gift of my Lord , and I help myself in secret. I listened to you and do the healthy things with the best of my ability. I am sharing my secret  I pray for you in secret beside paying your bills on time.
